Creating Reports
It's one thing to have all your data stored in an amazing database, but what if you wanted to print out this data or send formatted reports out based on your queries. A query in itself does the job, but the output isn't presented in a user-friendly or 'pretty' way is it? Reports come to the rescue and help you to format your queries or data for more effective and aesthetic presenting.

Reports give you the ability to present components of your database in an easy-to-read, printable format. Access lets you create reports from both tables and queries.
