Sorting and Filtering
There are tools in Access that allow you to sort and filter. Sorting and filtering are tools that let you organize your data. When you sort data, you are putting it in order. Filtering data allows you to hide (a type of abstraction) unimportant or irrelevant data and focus only on the data you require. It is more user-friendly.
